A direct comparison with the American Declaration of Independence of 1776 yields some equivalence in the motives and the implementation into the text. The intended meaning of this sentence is obscured by the cumbersome formulation of it ( Pamour ( talk) 13:36, 9 August 2013 (UTC)). reply
