Contested deletion

This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because... Turid has authored several books and DVD's that have been critical to the field of dog training. The article now lists many of the books and DVDs and provides links to the books that are verifiable links. I will be adding more links to articles and information on her work, her cutting edge method of training and the work of her organizations -- Sindhoor ( talk) 20:50, 13 July 2015 (UTC) reply

References to her work

The sentence "Reference to her work on calming signals can be found in several books by other ethologists, trainers and behaviourists" with seven references should be unpacked to build up whatever information about Rugaas we can draw from those books. I opened one at random and it only mentioned her in passing as running talks and summer camps in the UK, so I've added that to the article with the reference as a source. We should unpack all of these and see what sort of biography we've actually got as a result. -- McGeddon ( talk) 23:06, 14 July 2015 (UTC) reply

Months later this empty statement was still in the article with a pile of references - I've cut them, but will leave the references here for anybody who wants to go through them: [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] [6]-- McGeddon ( talk) 11:32, 23 November 2015 (UTC) reply
