Does anyone have a good source for the launch history of this rocket? We have sourced info that the first (Soviet) launch was 1977, and the last (Ukrainian) launch was 2007. But what happened in the meantime? How many launches? To what orbits? How many of them left orbital debris from upper stages left in long-duration orbits? N2e ( talk) 15:31, 15 September 2013 (UTC)
