This page doesn't seem to be up to Wikipedia's quality standards. It reads almost like an undergraduate research paper on the opera.

If you mean the marking in the paragraph "The opera also uses a vocal trio …" and the next one, they can be removed by adding sources that support their content. Alternatively, if no sources are forthcoming, those paragraphs will eventually be removed. --
