I'm lowering it to low again. Tropical Storm Alpha (2005) had 26 deaths in a non-developed country and was low importance. Arlene just seems pretty average, albeit on the high-side of low importance. --♫ Hurricanehink ( talk) 20:42, 22 July 2011 (UTC) reply
