trespassing without enteing

Suppose I remain on a public sidewalk adjacent to your land and never enter your land. From that location, I throw vast quantities of garbage onto your front lawn. Is that trespass? If so, should this article do more to make that clear? Michael Hardy ( talk) 22:05, 16 May 2012 (UTC) reply
