Less-lethal trap

Perhaps an article "less-lethal trap can be made, incorporating eg Crowd control munition and gas mines [1]. This to have a distinction with boobie trap, which is meant to kill. 87.64.45.147 ( talk) 14:55, 8 January 2010 (UTC) reply

Is this to be a Disambiguation page?

There is already a Trap (disambiguation), which I realize is cumbersome, so I wonder if this page is supposed to be a dab page as well. It sure appears as one. --Animalparty-- ( talk) 23:44, 15 January 2014 (UTC) reply

There's no natural division between this collection and the explicit Dab page, and linking out from it to here is probably more cumbersome for users than having the Dab'n entirely on one page. There may be precedents -- see Indian and American, IIRC -- but the un-discussed split i found is presumably a mistake until there's a consensus that the overwhelming model of all the senses being dab'd from one page is unsuitable for specific reasons, and i'm reuniting.
There are also SIAs, but i think they are applicable only when they share a both a proper name, and a common type (with ships, planes, and people as three examples of types).
For now, i'm consolidating, especially as the organization of Trap (disambiguation) into sections shows such a lack of thot.
