It is valid to merge the TransDominion Express article with the Transportation in Virginia article. A major aspect of the project, the extension of trains to the southwestern part of the state, is being realized with Amtrak, outside of the TransDominion Express project. Dogru144 ( talk)

There is currently nothing in the article about any bike infrastructure of any kind. Can someone add it?
