I have cleaned up this article, to wikify it more to an international standard. However, it would be nice to see a "route map", similar to the one located in the Tranz Metro article. Any ideas folks?-- Matt von Furrie 22:10, 28 January 2006 (UTC)
It would be good to have the map enlarged to include Pukekohe. It seems odd to me that the current map includes Kuemeu even though it is not part of the present network yet it excludes Pukekohe which has approx 5 return services daily.
I don't think that the expansion box at the head of the article is needed - there's not that much more to say about the operator of the services. There's a lot more to say about service developments and about infrastructure, but that's the responsibility of ARTA and ONTRACK - Veolia is just the operating contractor.
Since this is an article about the train operator, I've moved the infrastructure stuff to ARTA. Birdhurst 01:01, 26 January 2007 (UTC)
It would be good to have some photographs of the SA / SD trains, which are former British Railways MKll InterCity carriages heavily modified for their second life in Auckland. Living in the UK I am too far to source these myself.

Image:Veoila Transport Logo.PNG is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

The DC Class have controls at both ends (push-pull), but is the DB Class with top-and-tail the same (ie controls in the end carriage as well) or different??

On 22 March 2017, an IP removed Westfield Junction from the route map. On 24 March he inserted "Otahuhu Junction". I would like very much to know whether these changes are justified. Has Westfield Junction been re-designated? Akld guy ( talk) 10:29, 29 March 2017 (UTC)
