Gull Lake Interpretive center

I removed the following text from the article today. The reference is to a site that's over 14 years old and talks about the Centre in future terms. As of today, I can't find evidence that the Centre still exists - but if it does, then the following can be used as a basis for re-adding it to the article:

"One of Saskatchewan’s newest tourist attractions, the Gull Lake Interpretive Center, [1] is located west of the town of Gull Lake along the Trans-Canada Highway. The center is still when? under construction and will be run by a non-profit charity. The interpretive center will display and educate visitors about the wide range of energy sources and mainly emphasis on wind power, sustainable energy and the environment."
