This is not the Torrens Transit complaints department. Please do not insert your personal opinion about their services into the article. If you add such potentially controversial content, please back it up with
reliable sources. Thanks. --

Is not personal opinion. The specific services mentioned are routinely late. Many customers complain about the reliability of the services, as do some staff. The company rarely if ever responds to requests why this is so. How is suppressing fact objective or balanced viewpoint? This may not be a complaints dept, but it should not be an advertisement either. I am not confident that someone who appears to be resident in the EU is sufficiently well versed in the local affairs of Adelaide to be able to judge as to whether the facts presented are factual, controversial or likely to be crontoversial. In this city stating the buses are frequently late is like stating th sun rises every morning. i.e. not controversial, but accepted fact. In any case persons with a dissenting view can always present their better argued viewpoint and/or evidence and thereby evolve the article. I have every intention of reverting my edit unless you present evidence the facts I have presented are not correct evidence you have local relevant local knowledge. —Preceding

Have to agree with B. Wolterding, I'm afraid. I looked at the edit, and it was very biased, let alone poorly written. I caught the M44 at around 7:30-8am before, and it was usually on time, because I wasn't late for where I needed to be.
