The section about the Ted Vick case seems oddly out of place here. It merely describes what Rutherford, acting as a lawyer, argued on behalf of his client. There is no context, nothing about the outcome of the case, nothing to suggest that his representation of his client was improper, really nothing to show what this has to do with Todd Rutherford.
