Chief of Defence awarded general Tod D. Wolters the Norewgian Defence Service Medal (Forsvarsmedaljen). Wiki has an article on the
Defence Service Medal with Laurel Branch, which is the exact same medal, only ranked a bit higher. Source for this award is CoD's Facebook page, with an
image showing the diploma and presentation box with medal, miniature medal and ribbon. Not being familiar with the US regulations on foreign medals, if they are authorized to wear and if so where it ranks, I wrote it here instead of performing a possibly wrongful edit in the article. ;-) Regards from Norway,
