Toby Tolliver is not an actor, but rather, the character played by a variety of actors. This is a topic worthy of the encyclopedia, but the tone needs to be made more encyclopedic and less of a tribute.

The article really needs a complete rewrite. Unless this material can be put in quotes with citations, almost none of it is usable here. Beyond me to cope with at this point. I did change the first para to say he's a character, not an actor.
