Note that the image doesn't look much like the image shown in the Quincy Historical and Architectural Survey for 284 Adams Street. Two things to note:

  1. The description of the house on the survey matches the image shown above exactly.
  2. The paper copy of the survey (seen at the Quincy Historical Society) has two images of this site, one of which matches the image above exactly.
