Perhaps it should be done. After all, it was protected on the wrong side after an edit war 2 years ago about where to redirect this (it seems that without discussion or even edit summaries, just reversions). Having articles on both topics, the grandfather paradox (specific) and the temporal paradox (general), this redirect should redirect to the one whose name is basically the same.
