WP:NOTAFORUM. Crimea is indeed recognised internationally as part of Ukraine, but indeed administered by Russia. So, there is a de facto application of Moscow Time, as the map shows (and it shows de facto time anyway, when Northern Cyprus, recognised as independent only by Turkey, used different time from Southern, the map
displayed that as well, regardless of any UN resolutions). --

Crimea is a part of Ukraine as recognized by all international bodies.
Per Ukrainian regulations time is unified across entire Ukraine territory thus time in Crimea exactly equals time in Kiev.
However map in this article clearly shows time in Crimea as different from Kiev time and equal to Moscow time.
