Can Alaska move to UTC+15:00 because if they build a Bering Strait bridge, because The Diomede Islands are spilt by the date line, on and before October 17, 1867, Alaska had used UTC+15:00 however back then they used mean solar time when the sun reached it's highest point at 12 noon and it's lowest point was at 12 midnight, what UTC offset does Eastern Russia use? -- 98.31.29.4 ( talk) 02:54, 9 January 2021 (UTC)
