Ambiguity between species

Much of this article does not make clear whether its statements apply to all species of three-toed sloths, or only to one species. In at least one place, the article refers to "this species" without making clear which species is in question Steorra ( talk) 06:46, 13 February 2014 (UTC) reply

Article Name Change

It seems like we ought to change the name of this article to "Three-Fingered Sloth" as the page itself notes that this is the proper nomenclature. [1] Is there someway to do that without destroying the links to the page? RedDarling ( talk) 03:41, 6 May 2016 (UTC) reply
