A most interesting article. But it says there are several species of Tibetan hot spring snake, yet gives only one species name. Are there other species in the genus? If so, what are their names? Or did the writer mean "there are several varieties"?

Prey? How catchs it?
Can anyone expand the article with info about eating habits and whether it is poisonous or constrictor? Thanks,
