Theophil Hansen — A Google book search shows that "Theophil Hansen" without title and "von" is by far the most commonly used name for this architect in English as well as German (or Danish for that matter) sources. This triggers the "escape clause" in
WP:NCPEER.

Support and NCPEER seems to frequently violate
WP:COMMONNAME, and seems to be used to introduce flowery speech for no reason.
