Copyright Issue
The original contributor has reworded the article, but it still tracks the language of the source. Also, the list may have copyright protection. I'm not sure, so I replaced the deletion tag, added a hangon and am leaving it for assessment by others. --

To my knowledge there is no copyright on the list. They are just book titles and authors' names that are sent out for publication anyway. The second paragraph is entirely new and different, while the first is altered, but gets across the same sense withou t being identical. I would not think that there is a problem here. Both the organization and the authors are glad to get the information out (
