I think the article should make it clear that it is talking about United States Law only and sections should be added on how other countries treat these cases. Aethalides ( talk) 11:57, 3 October 2018 (UTC)
One or two of the citations are about American law, but the article is almost entirely a list of British cases and then it discusses Australian law. Zkidwiki ( talk) 18:26, 6 April 2021 (UTC)
