After inspecting the article closely I managed to add more important info missing .. I hope the other fans world wide appriciate it. I tried gathering up a full list of all the characters in the series.. Since I grew up on the Hebrew version of the show, I am not sure of the english names of the following charecters:

It says in the article "The Parachute Club composed three other opening theme songs for the video/DVD release of the series in movie format." I'm 90% certain that I can remember the actual show changing opening songs with each of the different arcs. Are we certain that the extra songs were recorded for the cut down movie-length versions? The Anime Encyclopedia: A Guide to Japanese Animation Since 1917 claims the TV series was first broadcast outside of Japan in 1984, then shown in Japan in 1986 (first on NHK then on TV Tokyo).
