There's another musical group going by the name of "The Teenagers". According to Last.fm they're "a French pop-electro-rock band hailing from Paris but living in London." A quick Google search seems to turn up just as many results for the new group as for the old. In addition, as far as I can see, virtually all of the Last.fm plays are from this more recent band, not the older group. (Of course, the Last.fm community is probably not representative of the music-listening community as a whole.) I doubt they fit the notability guidelines of WP:MUSIC (at least, not at the present time), but I figured I'd bring them up to see if anyone thinks they deserve to be mentioned, have their own page, etc. Imaginaryoctopus (talk) 05:51, 22 February 2008 (UTC)

Could someone please tell me who now "owns" the rights to Why Do Fools Fall In Love.
I reckon that the song itself is worth millions of dollars since it was featured in American Graffitti, and covered by Diana Ross as well as The Beach Boys.
I've also heard this song featured in several Late Night Infomercials for Time-Life Music and I've just realized something.
In reality, Frankie Lymon & The Teenagers were the first R & B "Boy Band" who kicked the door open for so many future groups like The Miracles, Temptations, Jackson Five and even the Supremes who as The Primettes wore White Skirts & Sweaters with the Letter P on them.
When I think of everything that these guys went through, it's everything old is new again. Frankie Lymon was a drug addict, Bobby Brown is a drug addict, Frankie died bankrupt, Bobby is Bankrupt, and after everything that happened with Debarge, Jodeci, Dru Hill, and most recently B2K you would think that people would know better but they don't. (Oh Well). —Preceding unsigned comment added by Tamelicious ( talk • contribs) 19:17, 28 July 2008 (UTC)

This article has exactly one citation, which is to a wayback machine copy of a blog repost of an obituary. Nearly all of the content here can be ripped out, unless someone comes up with citations. MrDemeanour ( talk) 08:17, 25 August 2018 (UTC)
