Apologies if I did this incorrectly. It's my first article. I figured the section was too small to use the disambiguation page. Would appreciate someone pointing out any mistakes/improvements. Thanks! Neospooky 23:32, 24 May 2005 (UTC)
What about the drawbacks?
I'm not sure what policy is on this but it can't be right to use both forms in the same article. BTLizard ( talk) 14:19, 15 March 2008 (UTC)
The logo of The Statesman is the official logo of The Statesman.-- 122.163.3.234 ( talk) 15:02, 21 July 2009 (UTC)
I mymac007 edited the summary of the official logo the statesman because this may have been uploaded by some but its a non-free logo and it is only for the statesman newspaper therefore i have edited and added some valid information.-- Mymac007 ( talk) 13:39, 23 July 2009 (UTC)
The result of the move request was: consensus to move the page as proposed, per the discussion below. Dekimasu よ! 00:45, 4 May 2018 (UTC)
The Statesman →
The Statesman (India) – Not a proper "
primary topic". There are at least ten other good candidate topics for "The Statesman" that are listed at
Statesman. Several of them are other newspapers with entirely identical names, such as
The Statesman (Pakistan),
The Statesman (Pittsburgh), and
The Statesman (Stony Brook). Some others have long-form names that include a location that is often omitted – such as
The Austin American-Statesman (which has its website located at
Statesman.com and a logo on its website that says just "Statesman"),
The Idaho Statesman,
The Dainik Statesman, and
The Irish Statesman, not to mention non-newspaper candidate meanings such as politicians, owners of landed estates, and
The Statesman (City of Heroes). —

My edit was reverted by an Admin , and stated the reason for revert as,"Blogs are not considered reliable sources." His statement was correct, however the source I had used was a news and blog site, meaning, that the editors/journalists publish news as well as blogs on the site, just like several sites publish stuff on their opinion page. I am requesting the moderators/admins to kindly reconsider this revert, and kindly communicate with me. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Parlebourbon3 ( talk • contribs) 17:17, 9 July 2020 (UTC)
