I am not sure this section is strictly needed, especially listing details of all the locomotives right down to if they are in service now or not - this just provides more pages to update etc when a locomotives comes out of service or its status otherwise changes.
I propose changing the section to just a simple list of locomotives and when they visited, anything else is, in my view, un-needed.

Perhaps it would be best to not list wagons currently not on site and sitting at Lumsden/Wairio. It is unlikely that the AR&PS will be taking possession of these wagons in the short to mid term so having them listed is just a cause for confusion I think
