Support – removing the promotional
MOS:ALLCAPS styling is desirable. Wikipedia should strive to be independent of the subjects that it describes, and should not try to replicate logos and promotional sytling. —

Thank you, I'm glad someone knows the difference between a guideline and policy. The key difference between your example and the one here is disambiguation. "Invader Zim" is unambiguous, "The One" is not. --

Yes, that is a difference. Whether it is a key difference or not is another matter. And when we are discussing whether some letters are capitalized or not (or similar matters typically involving
MOS:TM /
WP:TITLETM), I tend to draw a distinction between a name and the styling of the name, and I tend to have a strong distaste for
all-caps when used purely for promotional styling purposes. —
