The_Muppets_(TV_series)#Details says "The writer-producer shot some test footage before co-creating CBS' The Big Bang Theory that Disney ultimately passed on." i suggest rephrasing as "Before co-creating CBS' The Big Bang Theory, the writer-producer shot some Muppets test footage that Disney ultimately passed on" (unless the sentence is SUPPOSED to mean Disney passed on The Big Bang Theory, in which case a different rephrasing is needed). Of course, additional rephrasing might be necessary, since prepositions are terrible things to end sentences with. Maybe "which Disney ultimately chose not to use" or "declined to pursue"? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.17.201.124 ( talk) 23:42, 17 May 2015 (UTC)
Has he actually performed on the show and/or been credited? I know Walter has not appeared, but I don't know if he's been a puppeteer for another Muppet. (Our casting section doesn't say so, but that isn't a good indication.) The only indication that he was in the show I think was from Prady at the Comic-Con panel, if I remember correctly. - Favre1fan93 ( talk) 05:58, 3 December 2015 (UTC)
This article skips over way too many basics. It assumes that the reader already is familiar with the subject! It hardly mentions at all that this is a puppet show. It says nothing about the production technology -- how much post-production computerized magic editing is involved? And what is a "performer" -- voice? puppeteer? puppet-constructor? all of the above? Please add such foundational explanatory material to the article.- 71.174.180.154 ( talk) 02:30, 25 March 2016 (UTC)
Hey all, re: the criticism section, do we normally care what fringe groups like the American Family Association/One Million Moms say about anything? Seems to bump against WP:UNDUE. I recall similar discussions at Mad Max Fury Road when fringe men's rights groups got pissy about the film's feminist themes. Cyphoidbomb ( talk) 15:43, 19 December 2016 (UTC)
