Thanks Discospinster for fixing the LON categories following my document creation. I'm new to Wikiland and couldn't figure out why they weren't displaying correctly. Now I see that I was missing the asterisks in the External Links section above the cats. --

I've been looking for good third party references for this article, but not having much luck. Even the company website doesn't seem to provide the founding details. They are unlikely to be controversial though. More importantly a good reference or two for the relationship between The Land of Nod and Crate and Barrel is needed. The only references I've found that describe any sort of relationship are on the land of Nod site
like this one, which basically says they have a "partnership"; The Crate and Barrel site
like this one, which simply shows that they sell Land of Nod items; and in a couple of business rags (
like this and
this) which make it sound like Land of Nod is a wholly owned subsidiary of Crate and Barrel (but the articles don't give the impression they're particularly diligent about expressing detail well). I think this is an important point to clear up on the article. --
