Reworking

  • I reworked the plot summary and added the Contributions to series' arc and inconsistencies sections.
  • I moved the bit about Jake using thought speak as a human from the trivia section to the inconsistencies section to help whiddle down the trivia list.
  • Not sure if inconsistencies belongs in plot summary, but I thought it shouldn't stand on its own and it does have to do with the story.
  • Moved the pictures to make it look a little better.
  • removed redundant links in the morphs box and paralellized.

Fair use rationale for Image:The Invasion Illustration.jpg

Image:The Invasion Illustration.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Differences in the 2011 version

I think we should have a section in The Invasion (Animorphs), The Visitor (Animorphs), and future books as they're re-released, that covers in modest detail any changes made to the books. This would mostly consist of KASU (Katherine Applegate Screws Up) errors (like Jake thinking at Tobias) and any updates to pop culture references (like Rachel's nickname being changed from Xena to Storm). Who else reading this likes this idea? dogman15 ( talk) 07:11, 21 March 2011 (UTC) reply

You would need to have reliable sources discussing these changes between versions in order to make that sort of section for each article. Silver seren C 14:08, 21 March 2011 (UTC) reply
Does citing the book(s) work? Or does someone else on some other unrelated website have to do it first, and then we can reiterate what they said? Seems like a lot of trouble to me, just to "follow the rules". dogman15 ( talk) 01:37, 22 March 2011 (UTC) reply
