_ Though the name might be associated with the Swedish band, if the Quebec "Haunted" decided to take legal action, they clearly have a case. The Section is incorrect. The Name belongs to the original or first user of it. The case might be that they don't feel it's worth court costs, but there is no such thing as "losing rights to a name".
