Is the common name of the byway "The Energy Loop" or the full official name? If it's the former, that should probably be the article title per

Good question. Tough to say what the common name is. I did a quick google search of "The Energy Loop", and the vast majority of the top hits (that were about the road) included the Huntington/Eccles Canyons designation.
