This entry sounds more like an advertisement than a non-biased description of the institute. Also, some of the claims have no references to back them up, for example, "[DMZ] is the top-ranked university-based business incubator in Canada and #5 in the world." If the content remains clean on the article page, is a COI tag still needed there? Perhaps let things cool down over a couple of days to ensure that more primary-sourced content is not added back, first?
It seems, though that a COI tag should be added to the talk page. I don't remember what template to use, though.– CaroleHenson ( talk) 21:28, 4 July 2018 (UTC)
I propose to merge The DMZ at Ryerson University into Ryerson University. I think that the content in the DMZ article can easily be explained in the context of Ryerson, and the Ryerson University article is of a reasonable size that the merging of DMZ will not cause any problems as far as article size is concerned.
