Tina Pilione's recent release of Maurice Barzas and the Mamou Playboys says that the accordion player with Elise Deshotel was Maurice Barzas. They recorded Valse de Bambocheur and the Ville Platte Two Step. Ville Platte Two Step was the theme song for the Mamou Playboys at their longterm (35 year?) weekly gig at Snook's Lounge in Ville Platte. I don't think the information from All Music Guide is correct.
