I have significantly expanded the controversy section to cover some particular cases and issues with the selection of attorneys to handle appellate appeals. I feel this information is quite relevant in that the decisions cited and the court itself have provoked national attention. The section is quite long because great pains have been taken to explain the legal reasoning on both sides of the issues and the text contained in the opinions.
