in a 14-year career in the Football League It may be helpful to give the years he was active in a (x–y) form here. Something similar may look good near a seven-year international career.
You can add "Irish club" before "Glentoran" as you have done for Waterford.
I'd say it's not needed as it goes on to say he won the Irish Cup and Irish League with Glentoran, but its up to you.--

It is better to name the publisher properly whenever you can, instead of using the website name. For example, you can say Rec.Sport.Soccer Statistics Foundation instead of rsssf.com (ref 59)
