Twin mounted mg m/36

There is a misunderstanding that the twin/double monted mg m/36 was a aa-model (lv in Swedish). Both the twin mounted and the single mounted mg m/36 was used both in the aa-role and for invantry combat. What's actually make the m/36 mg to a weapon for the aa-role is what lavette and sights is used. 2A02:AA1:1026:AFB9:B9AE:AC33:6193:EE2C ( talk) 21:32, 2 August 2023 (UTC) reply

The twin mount was designated as ksp m/36 lv dbl (machine gun m/36 anti-air double), thus vehicles were given the suffix F for fordonsluftvärn, as they now had a proper anti-aircraft fixture. The previous mount lacked anti-aircraft sights and was not well suited for shooting at aircraft, even if it had elevation for it.-- Blockhaj ( talk) 22:27, 2 August 2023 (UTC) reply
