Teodor-Dacian Crăciun →
Teodor-Dacian Craciun — per the article's own English sources at ATP, ITF and other official tennis websites, this should be moved to the common English sourced name of Teodor-Dacian Craciun.

Oppose Preserve encyclopaedic accuracy. Wikipedia does not encourage nor discourage diacritics. The subject is Romanian, and there is no indication that he is naturalised in an English-speaking country. Conventionally, all
articles about Romanian male tennis players who have diacritics in their names are located in a namespace with diacritics, so it ought not to be moved. --

Oppose misspelling per our standard practice, the house styles of other encyclopedias and the recommendations (or requirements) of
English style guides.

Oppose Diacritics are now used on all tennis draws in wikipedia and there's no reason to remove them.
