NPOV?

I think that the lack of neutrality is caused by the lack of citations. If cites are filled in for the last two bulleted statements, the lack of neutrality will dissapear. This seems to be a general problem with stubs. Phil Burnstein ( talk) 19:36, 11 March 2008 (UTC) reply
