This article was well written, and well referenced. From the types and kind of errors in the diction, it was obviously written by a non-native English speaker. The original editors did a remarkably good job writing this article, but there were several places where they used English in a way no native speaker would, no matter the variety of English, e.g. plural noun ("a 5-tons crane") where the native speaker would always use the singular noun (a 5-ton crane). (In this construction "ton" is considered a "mass noun" which has no plural.) There were other similar, subtle, mistakes which I fixed. I also removed redundancies and made organizational changes to the structure of the article.
