Outdated?

This article was evidently flagged as being outdated in November 2010. No rationale is provided. Can someone clarify what, in an article about a 2007 court case, subsequently became outdated?

I can think of no possible example. Even if jurisprudence changed a great deal since (which I don't know that it has), this article is about a specific Supreme Court case, not about the issues of law involved. For example, a reference to Brown vs. Board would be welcome in an article about Plessy v. Ferguson, and the later might even be deficient without it — but it wouldn't be "outdated."
