Added citation for caching

I just added a citation for the caching behavior mentioned (it wound up as footnote 7 as of this editing, though I guess it could get moved down by later edits earlier in the article). I don't usually attempt edits of this complexity, and did it purely by copying from other citations in the article, but it looks right to me. The DOI leads to the abstract page; is that correct? Without a membership, one can't look at the full text, but the abstract confirms the information in the article, so maybe that's enough.
