Google translates the arabic word Taslim (تسليم) as delivery, surrender, submission, acceptance, transmission or acknowledgement, according to https://translate.google.com/#ar/en/%D8%AA%D8%B3%D9%84%D9%8A%D9%85. BabyNamesPedia says The name is of the meaning one who offers salutation and submission http://www.babynamespedia.com/meaning/Taslim.
