Tara bir singh tuladhar was born in a April 2,1943 in a 'Udaya' family whose ancestors were based on trade to tibet. He likes to celebrate numerous newari traditions and 'yomari punha' being his best festival. He has a sweet appetite for 'yo'sweet mari'food'.
