If all content on Wikipedia must be verifiable, how are photos and images, added to to articles, to be verified? The photo attached to this article is not of the mountain Tapuae-o-Uenuku, consequently the caption is incorrect and its inclusion may be questioned. Any person comparing the image with a topographical contour map of the mountain can confirm this.
The mountain in the attached image is Manakau, in the Seaward kaikoura Range, which is across the large and deep valley of the Clarence River from Tapuae-o-Uenuku. (See -
http://www.topomap.co.nz/NZTopoMap?v=2&ll=-42.227977,173.61866&z=14 )
The error can be explained - the mountain is regularly pointed out by pilots on passing domestic flights and hence attempts to photograph the peak are common. However it is not obvious to a viewer unfamiliar with the area to clearly identify which of many surrounding peaks is being referred to.
