Tales of a Courtesan (Oirantan) album title

Although the Japanese translation "OIRANTAN" is provided directly in the album's English title, the album's Japanese title is most often transcribed into rōmaji as "Hana Kai Tan." Whether correctly or not, this is the title that is used in most/all references that do not cite the English title explicitly, "Tales of a Courtesan (Oirantan)". The album is apparently not referred to by the word "Oirantan" alone. A comparative Google search of "Hana Kai Tan" vs. "Oirantan" will confirm this.
