I am considering whether it is worth mentioning the TIA's latest initiative, in which they assert that Taiwan is a territory of the United States according to the San Francisco Peace Treaty. There is a case before the US District Court for the District of Columbia, Roger C. S. Lin et al. v USA Civil Action No. 06-1825 (RMC), which web reports say are brought in the name of Taiwan Defense Alliance and a certain " Taiwan Nation Party" (with the same Han character name 建國黨).
