The result of the move request was: Not moved – There's a plausible suggestion, but nothing supported after the relisting. Start over if you want, with an actual proposal. ( non-admin closure) Dicklyon ( talk) 04:45, 2 August 2019 (UTC)
– Three 14th-century people being badly disambiguated with a job title that didn't exist in their country at the time. I'm not certain of what the more correct terminology would be, because all three stake their notability claims much more on their being mentioned in the Amarna letters, while none actually state or source anything whatsoever about political offices they may have held beyond the invocation of the word "mayor" itself — but whatever their role or title actually was, "mayor" definitely is not it, because "mayors" did not exist in the Middle East in the 14th century. – Best to avoid the anachronistic "mayor". It is occasionally used, but so is king. The proposed titles are also used and leave the question of these guys' status for the articles to discuss. Srnec ( talk) 01:52, 11 August 2019 (UTC)--Relisting. TheSandDoctor Talk 03:13, 19 August 2019 (UTC)
