Some of the references are not complete: the "Retrieved" date and other information is missing; this seems to happen when {{cite}} templates are not used.
It may not be a GA requirement, and I'm not going to push it, but many of the references do have "Retrieved" dates, and I thought why not make them all consistent. —

In the Plot section, "The Turtles engage the beast, going against Leo and Splinter's orders, and are defeated after the monster is captured." – defeated by who, the monster?
Fixed.
In the Production section, "Golden Harvest's rights expired, and Gray, at an animation company, said the question arose there over a CGI TMNT film in 2004." – what rights? what animation company? is that where Gray was working at the time?
Fixed.
In the Marketing and tie-ins section, "The McDonald's fast-food chain promoted TMNT" – when?
In the Marketing and tie-ins section, the statement "A sneak peek booklet containing storyboards, environment designs and character designs by comic artist Jeff Matsuda was also distributed at the convention." is not supported by the supplied citation (
[5])
The Soundtrack section has no citations.
Fixed.
The last sentence in the Video games section has no citation.
Fixed.
In the Video games section, "A mobile game TMNT: The Power of 4 was also released by Overloaded and releassed by uClick that same year." – was it released by both companies? the source says Overloaded was the developer.
"a Splinter voice over with shots of monsters, jungles, foot ninjas, facial tests, concept designs, muscle tests, dynamic fight tests and some"
Fixed.

The lead section doesn't adequately summarize the body of the article (see
WP:LEAD): it needs more on the production details (eg. the reason to go CGI); marketing and tie-ins is not covered; a bit more could be added to the reception (eg. revenue, a couple of quotes from critics).
Fixed.
No mention is made of the film's budget in the body of article.

Why is
this reference labelled "Amazon.com" in the References section?
This is a blog for
Moviefone, but the writer Erik Davis appears to be a professional writer for Moviefone, so it would seem to be a reliable source (see
WP:NEWSBLOG).
It is atually very directly supported (the cover reads: "SNEAK PEAK: San Diego Comic Con exclusive").
Moviefone ain't no blog. When promoted - upon the release, of course. --

SNEAK PEAK doesn't show or say anything about "storyboards, environment designs and character designs". But I see them on the
Russian page, and I think if you add that source as well it would be acceptable. The only other outstanding item is adding a bit more to the lead – the production, which is quite a long section, is barely mentioned at all. —

No, because it's the scans and copyrights violations? Seriously, the book[let] is the source. Like the film is the source for the plot and the crew (in its credits). The link in the article is only to back up the fact of its very existence. --
